The author is a former Bombay High Court Judge with Judicial Career spanning for over 27 years, initially as a Judge of Bombay City Civil and Sessions Court, a short stint as Principal Judge of the Family Court, Mumbai and subsequently as a Judge of the Bombay High Court.
