The book is about a lawyer, ‘Michael’ , who works in a top tier firm and has a life changing encounter with a homeless man who takes hostages in their firm. There starts his journey towards investigating the incident which revolves around the plight of homeless people.
Written in 1998, this book has not lost an iota of relevance in today’s world. We all (speciallly lawyers) go through what Michael went through during his journey towards fighting for a cause. The book surely reminds young generation lawyers about fighting up for social cause. An excellent book with great character depiction, surprises and twists deep enough to finish it in one go.
